Director of Field Personnel
Rip is the Director of Field Personnel, and coordinates all of our Field Superintendents and Assistants, as well as on-site construction activities. Rip has over 30 years of experience in the Commercial, Industrial, Retail, and Residential Construction field.
Rip began as a Carpenter, and has grown into the Superintendent position through his organizational ability and attention to detail. Rip has coordinated all aspects of Construction from mass land improvements to final interior tenant build outs. Rip has a thorough working knowledge of all subcontractor work. He is certified in OSHA and enforces all of the rules and regulations of OSHA.
